SHOPPING_FLUX_INDEX is not being used and creating issue during install #423

Expected behaviour

All configuration variables should be used and this should not create issue during the install

Actual behaviour

During the install, SHOPPING_FLUX_INDEX is set but seems not to be used in the code. SHOPPING_FLUX_INDEX also create an issue when the multishop isn't enabled. (It's using values undefined of $shop which create an issue on some install in PS 1.7

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Install a version 4.6.1 without multishop enabled
