On the payment option when you select crypto.
You will get the address to send crypto with amount.
After you send the crypto you can see the transaction on the explorer but on the website
there is a timer which i guess goes all the way to the end even though it says it checks the status every 15 sec.
There is no user confirmation.
The user does not know if the payment went through or if the order was successful and so on.
This looks like a bad user experience, i don't know if this just happened to me or this is the process but in any case may be
notifying user about the status and time frame for the process will help reduce conflicts.
After 10 hours from creating the order i could see that the order status in the dashboard is cancelled even though they payment is already made. Trying to follow up this with support team but though may be provide a feedback so nobody else would face the same issue.
