Exs v3.x is only compatible with sw 6.6.x but we want to have the promotion banner all the way back to 6.5.7.0. With this MR we will have the promotion banner for all sw 6.5x. Versions of sw prior to 6.5.7.0 will see the banner but once they access the app detail in the store, they won't be able to install it (because the app is not yet compatible with those versions).
