use semantic border radius tokens for overlays #267

What?

This PR adds semantic border radius tokens to overlays like the popover and the colorpicker component.

Why?

This allows us to theme the overlays

How?

I replaced the primitive tokens with semantic tokens.

Testing?

The visual tests should catch everything.
