Allow styling of card #268

What?

This PR changes the styling for the card footer.

Why?

Makes the design of the card footer visually more appealing.

How?

I added a top-border and changed the background color.

Testing?

The visual tests should catch issues.

Anything Else?

I corrected the padding of the card header to be 24px for every side
I replaced the px values with rem units
