Make number field accessible #274

What?

Make the buttons of the number field accessible.

Why?

This makes our components more inclusive.

How?

I turned the elements, that increase or decrease the number value, into buttons.

Testing?

You can check out the changes in the branch preview below.

Anything Else?

I got rid of the SCSS and replaced it with plain CSS.
