add devcontainer configuration #280

What?

Added a .devcontainer configuration

Why?

This removes the possibility of bugs caused by different dependencies like node and pnpm.

How?

I added devcontainers config.

Testing?

Install the Dev Containers extension and rebuild the project using devcontainers.
