remove mt popover deprecated #281

What?

Replaces the old mt-popover-depracated component with the mt-floating-ui component.

Why?

This brings us one step closer to removing the deprecated component.

How?

Replaced the deprecated component with the new mt-floating-ui component

Testing?

Visual test should catch the issues.
