nginx: fix http cache and use gzip #170

Remove unnecessary query parameter “q”, otherwise HTTP cache warm up does not work with nginx because query parameters are part of the cache key. Add GZIP compression for text files (CSS, JS,...) to improve performance.

Hey,

We have moved to Symfony Flex and this repository is out dated. In the new template we don't provide any nginx anymore. Sorry for that sad news
