Postal code is not required in alternative address shipping

Expected behaviour

Postal code has to be required

Actual behaviour

normal form postal code is required but in alternative shipping address it is not required

How to reproduce

Both have to be required

We found the following existing issues which may help or are related to your topic:

• Postal code doesn't seem as required at the storefront
• Alternative shipping address
• "Delivery address: Postcode" condition leads to error
• Registration: State is required by not used alternative delivery address
• Improve postal code validation for not included countries
• company information not stored if alternative shipping address / rules are not used
• "Put postal code in front of city name" is always valid
• Rule that postal codes are observed when shipping
• More configurable format and validation for address depending on country
• Validate Postal code should be activated when Advance rule activated

but the UI is not showing it correctly right now. Could you confirm that? :thinking:

Yes, Ui is not showing correctly, but my sw version is 6.5.21, if I update sw version it will be removed?

the commit I mentioned is not released yet. you can try on the trunk branch or wait until the release of 6.5.4.0
