CMS Layouts with Custom Forms cannot be duplicated

Used Shopware Version: 6.5.8.12

Description: With the latest Shopware 6.5 version the issue that was previously resolved in CMS-244 is again occuring for me. Possible duplicate of PUB-160 (although we are not using the Publisher plugin)

Environment: Shopware 6.5.8.12 CMS Extensions: 3.2.0

Steps to reproduce: Install Shopware, Install the plugin, create a shopping experience with a Custom Form, duplicate the Shopping Experience

Expected result: The Shopping Experience is duplicated

Actual result: An error is thrown that the Shopping Experience could not be duplicated (same error as in CMS-244).
