Error on running /bin/build-administration.sh command (vue-i18n_v3) #4082

Description: I get this error when running the ./bin/build-administration.sh command, I ran npm install in root but it didn't help. I deleted the node_modules folder and ran npm install, but that did not help either.

Environment: Shopware version 6.5.6.0, Node v18.15.0, Npm 9.5.0 Debian 5.10.191-1

Steps to reproduce: run ./bin/build-administration.sh

Expected result: Administration to be builded successfully.

Actual result: WebpackDynamicPublicPath: publicPath replaced. Child Time: 75417ms Entrypoint app = static/css/app.css static/js/app.js static/js/app.js.map 4610 modules
