Used Shopware Version: 6.6.2.0
Description: If PayPal is active and set up in the shop, the cookie is loaded in all sales channels, even if PayPal is not added and active in the sales channel. This was tested with PayPal, but also occurs with other extensions.
Environment: 6.6.3.0
Steps to reproduce: Configure the PayPal extension in a store and create a sales channel that has not added PayPal as a payment method. Then check in the frontend whether the PayPal cookie is loaded on the website in the frontend.
Expected result: The PayPal cookie is only loaded in the frontend if PayPal is also activated in the sales channel.
Actual result: The PayPal cookie is loaded in all sales channels, regardless of whether the extension is activated in the sales channel or not.
