As a user, when I click on buy or add to cart button, I want the icon at the top with the number to show right away.

If user adjusts the amount of items, the cart with number in menu should update in real time. Currently, if one adds to cart and the cart slides out - it initiates an add to the cart but the icon with 1 doesn't show up unless one refreshes page.
