We're preparing to release Shorebird 1.0 (hopefully this week). This bug exists to track the remaining work. We also have a public board: https://github.com/orgs/shorebirdtech/projects/18/views/1

The two remaining unsolved issues are:

The rest is just us updating websites and docs.

We originally planned to release today, but https://github.com/shorebirdtech/shorebird/issues/1731 has taken a little longer than expected, so we're now targeting tomorrow.

Ok, the plan we've agree on is:

  1. Resolve https://github.com/shorebirdtech/shorebird/issues/1826.
  2. Update to Flutter 3.19.5.
  3. Do another release (0.28.1) today.
  4. Start to bump all our versions to 1.0.
  5. Integrate https://github.com/shorebirdtech/shorebird/issues/1731
  6. Do our 1.0 release.

We've fixed the last known blocker for 1.0. We're working on releasing these fixes now, we might hold off calling it 1.0 for another day or two while we update our websites. 🤣
