fix: PathNotFoundException: Cannot open file #2079

Description

We get error with the Shorebird patch command.

shorebird patch android --release-version 1.6.7+98 --allow-native-diffs --allow-asset-diffs --flavor prod --target lib/target/prod_main.dart -- --release --no-tree-shake-icons
