Bug: Video submission upon file upload. #6

Everything works except video submission upon file upload. 

1. User enters file name, description, category and upload video file.
2. User waits.
3. The file gets uploaded to the user's youtube account and there is a message 
"your video has been successfully submitted."
4. The link to the video works.

The Problem: The video is NOT submitted for moderation despite being uploaded.

The user needs to go to "Your YouTube Videos" and submit the newly updated 
video for the video to appear.

This is not OK, UX-wise.

Can the video be submitted for moderation upon upload?

Discard this issue.

It look more than 24 hours for videos which are uploaded as file to appear in 
the panel. Videos which are already uploaded and that are submitted appear 
faster.
