1. Course Materials Scrolls with the Page

The sidebar is static and course materials is a part of that (right? Logically when you look at it).

I think you decided to do this independant of all other components instead of looking at it as a whole, so you just added it like PSD at the "top right". You're making a page, remember. Not just one thing.

Also, the last file is cut off. We need to show them all nicely with the right spacing.

2. Ask A Question

It's not present on pages with video + more content. It's hidden below and since it's static, we can never scroll to it.

3. When you expand "Ask a Question", next lesson is hidden

We need this so they dont lose options when it happens.

4. Change this to "Dashboard"

And link to the course dashboard.

I disagree with #3 issue. We should show them only related actions, so when they are into discussion, they should close it before going to other lesson, because it reloads all the page. We hide video controls on discussion state, so we should hide lesson navigation as well. Don't you think?
