Automated loft fan control #11

Install new sonoff switch for fan that draws air from outside and blows it on to the front of the microserver. Add automation scripts to trigger based on ambient loft temp and/or HPiLO measurements.

Added Sonoff TH16 with custom firmware to provide control and readings via MQTT. DH16 has a DHT22 sensor. This is used to provide temperature info for when to turn on and off the fan. Removed the WH5 sensor from the loft as no longer needed.
