[F-R] Continuous scrolling #103

Add the possibility/setting to continuous scroll without the "black" middle pages.

So when I scroll to the end of a chapter, the app will load the next chapter and display it together with the previous one.

The option is there but it is not working. Also, please make sure it is working with "remembering" the reader position on the page/chapter. :)

I forgot to say that I added an option, and never coded for it.

This will have to go on hold for now, as it would require another rewrite of the reader UI
