[Bug] [1508] Downloads continue when metered connection is toggled off #139

"Allow downloading on metered connection" when switched off the download still continued when on mobile internet/data (4G).

Can you verify this issue is still present?

As of 1656 it seems to keep downloads on Pending if "Allow downloading on metered connection" is off. Note: if the shown state is Downloading or Waiting and WiFi is turned off then those chapters get downloaded anyway.
