Improved routines to download and upload files, now use SHOTGUN_API_CACERTS to verify SSL certificates.

Added ShotgunHTTPSConnection to be used by FormPostHandler in order to verify SSL certificates using SHOTGUN_API_CACERTS env variable.
Added cafile parameter in download_attachment method in order to use SHOTGUN_API_CACERTS if is provided to verify SSL certificates.
