add config file environment variable #95

this change adds the ability to define a config file via an environment variable.

EVENT_DAEMON_CONFIG_FILE=/configs/events.config python3 src/shotgunEventDaemon.py start

Why

I want to be able to bundle my config file and plugins in a rez package. This allows developers to provide any config file path via a environment variable and makes it far easier to setup the daemon in more complex setups.
