CI will fail until tk-core branch is merged: https://github.com/shotgunsoftware/tk-core/pull/800 CI passed on commit 104e7c3 when the required tk-core branch is used for testing (so it should pass once tk-core has been updated)

Also note that files added for Hound and Codecov CI, but these will not trigger until this repo is public. We can activate the repo with Hound and Codecov integrations once this repo is public.

tk-core dependency PR was merged to master -- unit tests should pass now, and then we can merge this branch in.

@rob-aitchison @barbara-darkshot test suite is passing now on Azure since merging tk-core dependency. This is ready to merge now.
