Changes related to version linking, it looks like they were implemented from the nab_features_2016_round_2 branch, so comparing with it.

Retrieving Versions around line 260 in EdlCut.load_edl should be moved into a dedicated bind_versions (or any better name) method, and called after the Project is chosen. When launching the app outside of TK project context, bad things will happen.
