Minor polish fixes to a bunch of tickets.

added support for sg_working_duration field on CutItems.
smart_head_duration and smart_working_duration are now supported.
now ignoring archived Projects.
None status now handled on Cut cards (compare screen).
button text is now bold when buttons are blue.
Open in Shotgun link now opens Cut in the GMA.
now creating log directory if it doesn't already exist.
