36543 merge styling #49

These are the changes @thebeeland made to fix the app styling when launched from RV, ported to latest branch with code cleanup.

I managed to get the checkbox styling in the style sheet, and apply it to all checkboxes in the settings dialog.
Fixed the settings dialog height which was a bit too small to display one of the tc to frame mapping help label.

Most of this is auto-generated and seems reasonable to the eye (and in Designer). But my level of QT introspection is pretty shallow. .qss looks good too.
