Fixup PhoneContact and AnonymousPhoneContact models #51

The first thing that can be done is to fix the query_phone_numbers view so that it returns the correct user avatar (for phone numbers that have a user). This can be done the way we talked about, and I think requires an adjustment to the current schema.
