I’ve also standardized the em-dashes (—) to have no spaces before or after them, as that is the default in US printing, but you may add spaces as you wish—it is not a grammar rule, but rather a formatting convention. In any case, keep them consistent with each other for a neater document.
Bold for the section titles would make it easier to skim and look up information—it is disorientating to see bold throughout the body of the text when scrolling, because it interrupts the reader who is looking for section breaks. However, I understand if you prefer the neat aesthetic over a more pragmatic design pattern, and in that case, I ask that you at least consider switching from bold to underline for emphasis.
