Reformat a lot of code and Markdown and fix typos #49

This includes removing empty spaces, correcting some indentation, fixing or removing unnecessary stuff in HTML/CSS, etc.

When I have time to do it, I'll try to make a Brazilian Portuguese translation for the guide too. Thanks for your hard work!

Do not remove trailing spaces.

Please make sure you have tested your changes by running the site locally. Trailing spaces are required in mkdocs to make a newline without a blank space. It is not a formatting error.
