<?xml version="1.0" standalone="no" ?> - remove from voucher pdf

when i build a voucher pdf using picqer/php-barcode-generator SVG and email it this tag shows up in the pdf

<?xml version="1.0" standalone="no" ?>

I have tried

• removing the statement in tpl before building pdf, it does get removed from tpl but re-aappears in the pdf

  // Work around to remove an unwanted string in mPDF
  $voucher_barcode = str_replace('<?xml version="1.0" standalone="no" ?>', '', $voucher_barcode);

• cannot remove from the pdfString because it is binary
• updating all composer dependencies

https://github.com/mpdf/mpdf/issues/1275 has some very useful barcode solutions including using their own internal barcode creator.

because this is in the vendor folder there are no commits.
