TNA should really be T9 - outside scope of vat
- (VAT is not applicable on this tax system.)
TVM - this was a bad work around for MPV
- (This record has sub records that might all have different T codes.)
- see #1937, #1920

the systam_tax_code column could probably be deleted aswell as was only needed for these 2 columns
