Add brand/manufacturer to workorder #377

Add option to enter the following information in the workorder:

Brand / manufactuerer from PC / Notebook
Price (for default/standard prices, for example: research costs
Included accessoires (adapter, power cable, usb stick...)

i will look into this. I am not sure if this is the best place for this information. You can use the comments windows to add these details. perhaps add a template that can be inserted via a tinymce button.
