can you please open the plugin to cell info information?? #125

flutter has another plugin called cell_info also based on telephony service that brings a lot of information about the cell info like: type of cell: GSM, LTE, NR (3g,4g,5g). and all the parameters involved with it like : RSSI, SNR, RSRQ and so on
