Comment instructions outdated #19

The comment instructions in the README.md seem to be outdated? The lines numbers listed don't seem to be meaningful if I am understanding this correctly.

The installation guide is quite confusing. May you advise on the latest version? I encountered conflicting packages, not able to install. Thanks!
