I'm Armaan, and while contributing to repos for HackSquad and Hacktoberfest, I saw some of the folks contributing to this repo.
But, unlike other repos, this repo didn't have a "CONTRIBUTING.md", while basically contains a set of instructions for the user (guidelines to let them know what to do to contribute to this, for ex: make a fork, clone it etc.), I thought why not make one and made it!
The "CONTRIBUTING.md" file contains some of the lines (like what folks can contribute for what, etc) and I'm not the owner/maintainer of the repo, so unsure if it is is really needed or has to be edited.
The maintainers/owners of this repo are free to modify/edit it if there are many mistakes, and I apologise for it.
I hope you'd be reviewing this PR soon, and helping me to get it merged! 🔥
