Contact Header Reparsing Issue on Failover #38

The Parsing of the Contact Header for a replicated dialog is failing because 
the data replicated contains the Header Name

This issue was updated by revision 9ef3a7aad0dc.

Take only the Header Value so that the parsing is correct on failover and it 
replicates less bytes on the network
