The Milestones window is not refreshed after adding a milestone #151

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load this vanilla save.
  2. Navigate to Milestones. Notice that there is no Chemical Science Pack.
  3. Use Edit Milestones -> Add Milestone -> Chemical Science Pack.
  4. Expected: there is Chemical Science in Milestones. Actual: there is no Chemical Science in Milestones until you close and reopen the window.
