Incorrect coloring of fuel side-product

In this chain, uranium cells are expended for the purpose of creating empty ones so those can be used later on. Linking the spend uranium cell does not properly color them blue. Also clicking the spend uranium cells does not show they are linked. They're also missing from the link summary. They are properly accounted for while calculating how many buildings are required.
