Stabilization of the fault-sensitivity of the LED value over mqtt

Values over mqtt tested "(23,23,124)" "{123,212,32}" "2,6,0" "[255,255,255]"

rgb values which are not between 0-255 are handeld by the given code important now the shpi do not crash. :)
