Prefix all class names with "Canviz" to pollute the namespace less #46

canviz.js defines these global variables (classes):

Tokenizer
Entity
Node
Edge
Graph
Canviz
CanvizImage

Those names that don't begin with "Canviz" should. Canviz shouldn't claim 
global variable names 
that are so generic.
