Support head, tail, edge and label hrefs/URLs too #50

Canviz is using the URL and href attributes to determine what should be
clickable, but there are many other attributes that can be used, which
Canviz needs to support:

edgehref
edgeURL
headhref
headURL
labelhref
labelURL
tailhref
tailURL
