Made necessary changes to update API routes to work with the new API interface according to the documentation

@shr3jn i realised now that the is littarly 2 Obtain File upload URL tabs,You were correct with yours,I was using the wrong tab of the docs https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/en/doc/AppGallery-connect-References/agcapi-upload-url-0000001158365047
