L.Yandex: fixes, enhancements and refactoring

fix panning lags (fix #253, and part of #111)
reduce flickering caused by excessive tiles reloading after zoom changes (idea from #284)
fix z-order of overlay
fix zoom limits not being applied
implement zoom animation
upgrade to ymaps JSAPI 2.1
introduce addons:
- Yandex.addon.LoadApi.js (dynamic / deferred API loading)
- Yandex.addon.Controls.js (support yandex controls)
- Yandex.addon.Panorama.js (support panoramas)
- Yandex.addon.Fullscreen.js (enable standard Yandex map controls/behaviors in fullscreen)
constructor function L.yandex
type argument can be included in options
renew examples/yandex.html, add more examples, incl. yandex-kml-gpx.html
other enhancements and refactoring

@brunob I've almost finished with L.Yandex. No new functions are planned (except I am going to add small Yandex.MD document, and some minor changes still possible).
