feat: setup holopin for contribution #27

Description:

We propose integrating Holopin into our GitHub project, enabling seamless recognition and rewarding of community members within Issue, PR, and Discussion conversations. This integration aims to enhance community engagement and acknowledge contributors for their valuable efforts.

Use Cases:

Rewarding contributors
Recognizing community helpers
Welcoming new members
Encouraging good practices (e.g., comprehensive bug reports, error stack traces, scoped feature suggestions)
Requested Features:

Potential Implementation:

Integration through a Holopin bot or extension within GitHub.
Triggers based on specific actions (e.g., PR creation, comment posting) to initiate the reward mechanism.
Ability for community managers and project maintainers to assign and manage rewards using Holopin.
