Driving the width of the table based on the width of the driving table is confusing to web developers #52

We are using this project in the Government of Canada WET project 
(http://tbs-sct.ircan.gc.ca/projects/gcwwwgraph?lang=eng) and users are 
confused by the way the chart's dimension are set.

Perhaps it would be more simple if by default the chart takes the full 
width(100%) and the height is set based on a 4:3 or 16:9 ratio. It would then 
be easier for users to set the charts to 25% or 50% of their content area.
