When load table dynamically with PHP/MySQL chart is not working in firefox and ie, but works in google chrome #59

I tried to get the data from mysql database with php and generate the table 
dynamically. The result chart is working in Google chrome with a small issue, 
it shows 2 blank charts first and below it shows the filled chart, But in 
firefox and IE, the chart is not loading

I am expecting a pie chart to be shown as the result. I edit the example html 
page to this. So there wont be any error. 

I am using the latest version of the plugin and My Operating system is Windows 
7. 

I have attached the two files for reference. These are the files that I'm using.

It would be a great help If I could find a solutions asap
