Ok, there is data/regions/telang_html_page_from_regions.py in this very repo, and here's a test case to be run from inside the data/regions directory:

python3 telang_html_page_from_regions.py > out.html 2>/tmp/null && diff out.html ~/w/shreevatsa.net/website/static/tmp/2023-03/telang.html

Setback: The item has been taken down from archive.org: https://archive.org/details/dli.granth.78136

I wondered whether it's because of my heavy(?) usage, but looks like several other DLI books have suffered the same fate: a Google search for "Digitized with financial assistance from the Government of Maharashtra on 18 July, 2018" gives:
