Give Kosambi-numbers to all tracked verses

Into the spreadsheet. Should be reasonably easy, start with No 1 and keep going, use text search to find verses.

Some are in Kosambi, but not encountered in any of the Bhartrhari editions I've looked at so far:

This is very quick to do, already at 150 (over 40% of the way there).

Let me pause here maybe — in a few minutes of searching, didn't find any Nītiśataka online that has अद्यापि नोज्झति (202) in it.

Done to 220, with 6 missing of 201–220.

Reached 300. There are 18 missing of 201–300.

24 missing of 201–352, but now the interesting question is how many aren't in 1–352.

The ones > 352 that I've encountered so far (moved to separate issue #9 ).

I think this is done — the ones greater than 352 need to be added though.

Not all of Kosambi 1–352 are present I guess (see list above in first comment / issue description), but as we're only using this as a canonical numbering, what we have is enough.
