Chunk types (paragraph, verse, footnote, …) #14

Continuing discussion from https://github.com/shreevatsa/chaya/issues/7#issuecomment-2105331803 — we want at least these types:

heading (displayed as h1, h2 etc)
paragraph (lines will be displayed inline-block or whatever, with wrapping) (unless in line-by-line mode)
verse (lines will be centered)

and a "footnote label", which is blank by default. (The point is that a single footnote may have multiple chunks, like paragraphs and verses.)

I have these three chunk types (heading, paragraph, verse) added in cd5c992c5a084c8e3145e1a388303a1c762041eb and b353acdd12c8eb31084158f2128e2e2df7faa7d9 so what's still left is footnote labels. Actually maybe we can have labels in general, to distinguish text vs commentary etc.
